All orders are sold “FOB, Shipping Point”.  This means that the buyer must pay to have the goods delivered and that BIISCO will report the sale when the goods are shipped. 

BIISCO provides shipping services within its normal delivery area based on the following surcharge table as long as the shipping request schedule is aligned to the standard lead time.  For shipments beyond or outside the 100 mile service area or requiring expedited service, bulky freight, special handling, or immediate shipment by either BIISCO truck, motor freight carrier or parcel service, BIISCO will ship via the customer’s specified carrier or best way and add either the applicable surcharges or have the carrier bill the charges to the buyer.

Local pickup is available at 1246 Jefferson Street in Sulphur Springs, TX 75482.  Pick-up hours are 9:00AM to 11:00AM and 1:00PM to 3:00PM CST, Monday through Friday.   Product availability depends on items and lead time quoted.   Please email customerservice@biisco.com or call: 903-885-9401 for product availability and/or to schedule pickups at our location.  

Approval and acceptance of payment method must be verified before order acceptance and release for shipment.   Product availability, shipping location, agreed delivery method, and environmental conditions can also impact actual shipment and delivery days.  BIISCO staff will make every effort to coordinate an efficient delivery that meets your requirements. 

Surcharges for freight and/or special handling will be added to all orders that do not have previous agreements or arrangements that address how these fees will be handled.  These agreements might be blanket purchase agreements with scheduled release dates, customer pick-up orders, or situations where the customer is paying the freight.
